Total Staffing Solutions
currently provides the following health benefits for full-time
employees:

125 Cafeteria Plan
Total Staffing Solutions pays 40% of employee and eligible dependents. Employee
is responsible for other 60% and it will be payroll deducted.
401K Plan- 3 percent
of your annual salary will be contributed by Total Staffing Solutions at the
end of each eligible year regardless of the employees participation, employee
may contribute 2-15 percent per pay period of their salary.
Regular full time employees
are eligible for vacation pay upon active employment. In order to receive
vacation pay, employee must work 30 days. You will receive 1 paid vacation
day (8 hours) per month worked, with a max of 5 days per six months.
